Hecate is a black liquid lipstick with purple sparkle that intensifies over time as worn (or rub after it dries to intensify this effect). It dries matte to a smudge-resistant finish.
Originally created for 2018 Treat Bags, it has since returned for subsequent Halloweens, and due to its popularity, is now becoming permanent!
This full size liquid lipstick comes in an 8 ml tube with doe foot applicator.
Ingredients: Isododecane, disteardimonium hectorite, polymethylsilsesquioxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, tapioca starch, synthetic wax, silica, propylene carbonate, octyldodecanol, kaolin, titanium dioxide, trihydroxystearin, iron oxide, synthetic flurophylogopite, silica, tin oxide, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol.
